support us to support young people

Today’s young people are having to overcome unprecedented challenges, such as the lasting impact of the Covid pandemic, a climate emergency, widening inequality, and another surge in the cost of living.

Youth workers, alongside many others, play a critical role in supporting young people through these turbulent times. Our task, however, has become increasingly difficult since huge cuts to the youth sector. By donating via this page, you would be making a huge difference to the lives of young people who engage with our services.

We understand that not everyone can support us financially. If you would like to donate your time, instead, please click here.

Fundraise For Us!

Make a donation by fundraising
Are you having a birthday party or a special get together with family and friends? Are you planning to take part in a challenge and are looking to support a good cause? If you are, have you thought about nominating TRAIN as your chosen charity?

Every year, we are so grateful for the amazing support and generosity from people in the community who fundraise to support TRAIN. Thank you for enabling us to support the young people of Didcot and Wallingford!

Ray Powditch had his 70th birthday party at the Marlborough Club and invited musicians to celebrate. He decided to support two Didcot-based charities, and kindly nominated TRAIN as one of them. Thank you, Ray, for choosing us!

Ethel Newysnkyj celebrated her 60th birthday with family and friends at the Harwellian Club. She kindly nominated two charities to benefit from her birthday celebrations and we were lucky enough to be one of them! Thank you, Ethel, for supporting young people!

Spread the word!

Another way you can support us is by raising awareness of our services! From talking about who we are and what we do to sharing our social media posts, you can help by making sure we reach as many young people as possible.
